Maitri Multispeciality Physiotherapy Clinic

Maitri Multispeciality Physiotherapy Clinic is located at A-7 in the Popular Plaza, which is part of the Someshwar Complex. We are right by Shyamal Cross Road in the Satellite area. It's a pretty busy part of town with lots of shops and offices around us. People come to us when they have back pain or when they are recovering from an injury. We have some mats on the floor and some basic equipment for stretching and exercises. It isn't a huge space, but we make it work. Most of the time, it's just one or two people working on their movements at a once. We spend a lot of time showing folks how to move better so they don't hurt as much. The building can be a little confusing if it's your first time, but once you find A-7, you're all set. We don't have any big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or their doctor told them to come. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good during the afternoons. It's a straightforward place where we just focus on the physical therapy part of things. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere so people aren't too stressed out while they exercise.
