Health First Physiotherapy Clinic

Health First Physiotherapy Clinic is located right in the Suvidha Shopping Centre, shop number 23 on the ground floor. It’s in Paldi, which is a busy spot, especially being so close to the Parimal Underbridge. Most people know the area because of the traffic flow under the bridge, but once you pull into the shopping centre, things get a bit more manageable. We spend most of our mornings opening up the shop and making sure the floor is swept before the first people show up. The space isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for the physiotherapy work we do. There is a lot of foot traffic around Paldi, so we see a lot of the same faces walking by every day. Sometimes the noise from the street carries in, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We have been in this ground floor spot for a while now. It's easy for people to find since they don't have to climb any stairs. Usually, the lights are on early and stay on until the last person leaves in the evening. There isn't much to say about the decor, it's just a functional space with the usual benches and equipment you’d expect. Being near the underbridge means it’s a central point for folks coming from different parts of the city. We just focus on getting through the daily list of appointments and keeping the place tidy for everyone who comes in.
