Ashirwad Physiotherapy Centre And Clinic is located right near the Bhaktinagar Bus Stop in Bapunagar. We are on the Nava Bapunagar Cross Road. It's a convenient spot if you are taking the bus because you just hop off and walk a few steps. The clinic is simple. We have some mats, a few machines for the exercises, and some chairs for waiting. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we have fans going. The floor is that old-style tile that stays cool under your feet. Most people come here because they have a bad back or a knee that won't stop hurting. We don't do anything flashy. It's just a lot of stretching and showing people how to move better. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello while we are working. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic from the cross road outside, but you get used to it. We usually have some old magazines on the table, though nobody really reads them anymore. Everyone just looks at their phones.
