Shree Mahakali Event Management

We've been at the Madhv Building in Mithakhali for some time now. You probably know where we are if you go to Induben Khakhrawala often. We are right there, just opposite the Mithakhali Gam bus stand. It’s a busy area but we like it here. My team and I take care of events around Ahmedabad. Sometimes it is a small wedding, other times it is just a family function. We just handle the arrangements so people don’t have to worry too much about the small details. People come to us when they need help with stages or lighting. We started out small and kept going. Most of our days are spent talking to vendors and making sure things arrive on time. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather is hot or the traffic is bad near the bus stand. But we know the local area well. We’ve worked in many venues around here. Sometimes we are busy until late at night. That is just how the event business goes. If you are walking around Mithakhali, you might see us. We don't have a big fancy office, just the workspace where we plan things out. Usually, we are just busy with the next function. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of people's celebrations. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved. That is mostly what we do here every day in Ahmedabad.
