Shivam Computers is based in the Satellite area. We are located at Shubhash-7 in the Ishwarshyam Bunglows, which is right behind the Shyamal Row House No 5. It is a bit tucked away from the main road, so it is relatively quiet compared to other parts of the city. We do a mix of things here. Besides fixing computers and laptops, we also have some copiers. A lot of the people living in the nearby row houses and bungalows come to us for their printing and scanning needs. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The shop is a bit of a mixed space with computer parts on one side and paper and toner on the other. It's not a big corporate setup. It is just a small local business. We don't have a huge team, just a couple of us managing the daily tasks. Sometimes the copiers break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them instead of working on computers. That’s just how it goes. The space is comfortable enough, though it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock. We aren't trying to be anything other than a neighborhood shop. We stay open during the regular hours and try to help anyone who walks through the door. It's a steady routine and we've gotten used to the pace here. We just do the work and keep things moving.
