Shivam Apparel

Our shop, Shivam Apparel, is over at No. 30 in Raichand Nagar. We are pretty close to the Visat Petrol Pump and not too far from the Motera Stadium in Sabarmati. If you’re driving toward the stadium, you’ve probably passed the petrol pump a dozen times. We are just a short walk from there. The area stays pretty active because of the stadium, especially when there’s a big event going on, but Raichand Nagar itself is a bit more tucked away. Our building is a simple No. 30, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working with different apparel items. We spend a lot of time checking seams and making sure the sizes are labeled correctly. It’s the kind of work that keeps your hands busy all day. We’ve got a small crew, and we mostly just talk about regular stuff while we work, like what’s for lunch or how the local cricket team is doing. The space is filled with the smell of new fabric and the sound of the overhead fans. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working apparel unit. We have stacks of boxes waiting to be moved and mirrors that need a good wipe down most days. It’s just a normal business in a normal neighborhood near the pump. We show up, we do the folding and the packing, and we head home when the sun goes down.
