Swami Thread Pvt. Ltd. is up on the 4th floor of Sukan Mall, at A-21. We are located near Rajasthan Hospital in the Shahibaug area. Being in a mall is a bit different than being in a factory, but since we are on the 4th floor, it’s mostly offices and storage up here. We deal primarily with threads. You’d be surprised how many different types and colors there are once you get into it. The hospital nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Our office is usually filled with boxes of spools. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us handling the orders and making sure the right thread gets to the right person. Shahibaug is a nice area, though the traffic near the hospital can get stuck sometimes. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's mostly just desks and shelves piled high with stock. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking lists. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shop owners in the mall. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done without too many distractions. We just keep track of the inventory and try to stay on top of things.
