Service Engineer At Numeric Power Systems Ltd

I'm a service engineer for Numeric Power Systems Ltd. My office is in No 303 at the Rajmandir Appartment in Thaltej. This part of Ahmedabad is growing fast, and the apartment is our main hub for the Gujarat area. We are on the third floor, so there is a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy looking at the machines to notice. The room is always humming because of the power units and testing devices we have running. Ahmedabad gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so we have to keep the AC on all day. Otherwise, the heat from the equipment would be too much to handle. We have a corner for our paperwork and another area for all the spare parts we keep in stock. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a place that works for us. A lot of my time is actually spent driving to different client sites all over the city. The traffic in Thaltej can get pretty bad during the morning and evening. When I'm back at the apartment, I'm usually catching up on reports or checking what parts we need to order. We have some old chairs and a table that wobbles a little, but it’s fine. We just take it one day at a time and get the work done.
