Narol is a busy area, and that’s where you’ll find us at Tirupati Estate, specifically at 10-A. We are right near the Swastik Saw Mill, so you can often hear the machines running when things are quiet. Also, we’re tucked behind the Berger Paints building, which is usually the easiest way to tell people how to get here. The estate has a lot of trucks coming and going all day long. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes and equipment for moving cargo. It’s a bit dusty because of the mill nearby, but we don’t mind it much. The staff here has been doing this for years, so we don’t need to talk much about how to pack a truck; everyone just knows what to do. Usually, the mornings are the most hectic when we are trying to get the loads ready for the day. By the afternoon, things settle down a bit and we catch up on the logs. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. The office is just a small corner of the unit with a couple of desks and a lot of registers. We keep things simple here without any big fancy signs. Most of our neighbors in the estate are also in similar trades, so there’s a sense of everyone just doing their own thing. It's a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day and it serves us well enough for what we need to get done.
