Our office is at 9, Ruchi Apartment. We are situated behind the City Center and near the Swastik Char Rasta in the Navrangpura area. It is a very central part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Noveltex Pvt. Ltd. has been in this apartment for quite a while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the textile business to worry about that. We have samples of fabrics draped over chairs and stacked on every available shelf. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is located. Dealing with the mills and the buyers takes up most of our energy. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby for guests. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us sitting around a cluttered table with a bunch of swatches and a calculator. The traffic at Swastik Char Rasta is always a mess, so we usually tell people to park a block away if they can. It’s a noisy, lively place to work. My father started this business, and I’ve been helping him run it since I finished school. We just try to get the orders right and make sure the quality is decent for the price. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to run a good textile agency from our little spot here in Navrangpura.
