Phoenix International (Parcel Force)

We operate out of Tirthraj Complex - "A", in units 105 and 106. We’re right across from V S Hospital in the Ellisbridge area. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with the hospital traffic, but it makes us easy to find. We handle a lot of international shipping and parcels under the Phoenix International and Parcel Force name. It’s a lot of paperwork, dealing with customs and different regulations for different countries. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important to get it right so things don't get stuck at a border somewhere. The office is usually full of boxes waiting to be weighed or labeled. We have a small team here who know the ins and outs of shipping abroad. We don't put on airs or pretend to be more than we are. We’re just a local office that helps people get their goods from here to somewhere else in the world. Sometimes there are delays with flights or customs, and we just have to tell it like it is. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything; it’s mostly just desks and shipping supplies. People come to us because they want someone they can talk to face-to-face about their shipment. We’ve been in Ellisbridge for a while and we plan on staying. It’s a lot of work, but we take it one package at a time.
