Savalia Research Center

You can find Savalia Research Center right across from the 137 last bus stop. We are on Indulal Yagnik Road in the New Bapunagar area. Being near the bus stop means there are always people waiting around outside. It’s a busy corner of the city. Inside the center, things are usually a bit more controlled. We do research work here, so it requires a lot of reading and looking at data. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have shelves full of folders and papers that we've collected over the years. Indulal Yagnik Road is a major route, so we hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. Sometimes the building shakes just a little when a heavy truck goes by. We have a few rooms set aside for different tasks. It’s not a large facility, but we make the most of the space we have in New Bapunagar. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we have a set routine. We drink a lot of tea while we go over our notes. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops, so it’s easy to get what we need during the day. We don't really have a big sign out front, just a small one near the entrance. It’s a quiet place for serious work, right in the middle of a noisy area. We just stick to our schedules and keep the research moving forward every week as we always do.
