Our office is at H 1109 in Titanium City Center, right on the 100 Feet Road in Satellitte. It’s a very different vibe from the industrial estates. Here, it’s all about the traffic and the people moving fast. We handle a lot of packages every single day. The phones are usually ringing and there’s always someone coming in to drop something off. It can get a bit chaotic in the evenings when the final pickups happen. The office is full of boxes and envelopes waiting to go out. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes it feels like a mountain of cardboard. We’ve been in Satellitte for a while now. The 100 Feet Road is always busy, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare for our drivers. We don't have a big corporate speech to give. We just take parcels from one place and get them to another. Our staff knows the city routes by heart. They spend all day on their bikes or in the vans. It’s a lot of coordination and checking tracking numbers. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a breakdown, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a fancy logistics firm with robots. We are just people moving stuff for other people. It’s simple but it keeps us on our toes.
