Poonam Couriers

Poonam Couriers is located at No. 3 on the ground floor of the Amul Complex. We are right opposite the Central Bank of India in the Ambawadi Bajar area. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know how crowded it gets. There are bikes parked everywhere and people constantly walking by. Our office is small and filled with piles of packages and envelopes waiting to go out. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system that works for us. We spend the whole day weighing items, writing out labels, and answering the phone. It rings a lot. Most of the time people are just asking where their stuff is. We try our best to keep track of everything, but sometimes things get delayed, and we have to explain that to frustrated customers. It’s just part of the job. The market outside is loud, and we can hear the street vendors shouting all day. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, so we know most of the other shop owners around here. We usually get our tea from the guy on the corner. We don't have a fancy lobby or soft chairs for people to sit in. It’s just a counter and some shelves. We are just a small team of people trying to make sure things get from one place to another. It’s simple, busy, and sometimes a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons.
