Sarupa Garments

We are up here on the first floor of Rajlaxmi Palace in Gheekanta. If you know this part of town, you know it gets pretty busy with all the people moving around. Most days start early with the shutter going up and us checking what needs to go out. The shop isn't fancy or anything, just rows of clothes and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time sorting through the stock and making sure things are where they should be. Sometimes the light in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you get inside Sarupa Garments, it is fine. It is mostly just us working through the piles and talking to folks who come by looking for something specific. Gheekanta is always loud with the sounds of the street, so it stays lively. We have been in this spot for a while now, tucked away in the palace building. People usually find us by asking the guys downstairs or just knowing the floor plan. It is a lot of folding and packing, day in and day out. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the garments get where they are going. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. It is just a regular place where we get the work done and go home when the sun goes down. The stairs are narrow so we have to be careful when we carry the big plastic bags up.
