Our place, Tulsi Pumps & Systems, is at No. 5 A One Estate. We are right opposite Vijay Transport, which is a big landmark for anyone driving through Sarkhej. Actually, we are also behind Ekta Hotel on the Sarkhej Balva Road. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but once you find the hotel, you are basically there. Being in Sarkhej means we are around a lot of transport hubs and industrial traffic. We deal with pumps and larger systems, so there is always some heavy lifting going on. The workshop part of the building is usually where you will find us if the front desk is empty. It is dusty and smells like metal and oil, which is fine with us. We have been here for a while, seeing the road outside get busier every year. The team is small, just a few guys who know how these systems work inside and out. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the hardware. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the trucks on the highway. We just take it as it comes. It is a practical business for people who need things to work. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a local shop in a busy industrial estate.
