We are located over in Phase-II of the GIDC estate in Naroda. Our unit is F-15, and it’s a pretty standard industrial space. The whole area is filled with warehouses and small factories, so there is always a lot of activity. You’ll see trucks coming and going all day long, and the roads can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just concrete floors and the equipment we use for our daily work. We don't have a fancy front office or a place for visitors to sit and wait. Usually, if someone comes by, we just talk to them right there on the shop floor. It gets pretty hot during the afternoons, especially with the metal roof overhead, but we just keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time now and we’ve gotten to know the people in the surrounding units. We often help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand with something heavy. There’s nothing corporate about how we run things here. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks. As long as the machines are running and the orders are going out, we’re satisfied. It’s a hard-working environment and we’re glad to be a part of it.
