You can find Altus Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. over at No. 21/d in the Maha Gujarat Industrial Estate. We are right across from Nova Petrochemicals on the road between Sarkhej and Bavla, specifically in the Changodar Moraiya area. It is a large industrial zone, so there is always a lot of movement. We have been working out of this unit for several years. We handle surgical supplies, which means we have to be quite careful with how we store things. The estate is usually loud with trucks and machinery, but inside our unit, we keep things pretty quiet and organized. We aren't a huge corporation; we are just a group of people who know how surgical tools should be handled. Most of our time is spent talking to suppliers or checking the crates that come in. The road outside can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone from the back will come out to help you. It's very hands-on here. We do a lot of the packing and labeling ourselves to make sure nothing gets mixed up. We have regular lunch breaks where we sit together and talk about things other than work. It keeps the atmosphere friendly. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
