Miralij Apparels

The workshop for Miralij Apparels is located inside the Madhubhai Mill Compound, near the Hanjar Cinema and just across from Jaswant Iron in Saraspur. It’s an old industrial area, so the buildings have that worn-in look. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. The space inside is mostly taken up by work tables and stacks of finished items. It’s not a place you’d go for a tour, but it works perfectly for what we do. The sounds of the neighborhood, like the cinema nearby and the iron works, are always in the background. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There’s no fancy air conditioning, just some old ceiling fans that hum. We aren't some big corporate entity; we’re just a local unit doing our daily business. We spend most of our time checking over the work and making sure things are packed up right. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with deliveries coming in and out of the compound, but we’ve learned how to manage the flow. The floor is concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. Most of the people around here know us and we know them. It’s a community of small businesses just trying to make a living. We keep things simple and honest. We just keep working away in our corner of the mill compound every single day.
