We operate out of 256 B-1 in the Hema Apartment, located in the Moti Salviwad area of Saraspur. It is a very local neighborhood, and being near the Swaminarayana Tower makes it easy for people to find the general vicinity. Our agency is based in an apartment building, which gives it a much more personal feel than a typical storefront. We have been part of the Saraspur community for a long time, and many of the people around here know us by name. Dealing with medical supplies from an apartment means we have to be very organized with our space. Every corner is used for storing something. We spend our days taking orders and making sure the local clinics and pharmacies get what they need. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The area around Hema Apartment is usually quite busy with people going about their daily lives, and the sound of the nearby temple bells is a regular part of our day. We like the atmosphere here because it feels like home. We don't have any fancy corporate offices or polished reception areas. Instead, you get a desk, some chairs, and a lot of boxes. It is a down-to-earth way of doing business, and it works for us. We just focus on the community we are in and try to stay on top of the daily tasks that come our way.
