Sapphire Exim Agency (C.H.A.)

Based out of Ahmedabad, we run Sapphire Exim Agency. We are Customs House Agents, or C.H.A. for short. Our work is mostly about paperwork and getting things through the ports and customs. It is not the most glamorous job, but it is important for moving goods in and out of Gujarat. We have been doing this in the 380 008 area code for a long time. The office is usually filled with files and the sound of phones ringing. There is always some new regulation or a form that needs to be filled out exactly right. We do not have a flashy website or a big marketing team. Most of our clients come to us because we helped them before or they know someone we worked for. Ahmedabad is a hub for trade, so there is always something happening. We spend a lot of time talking to officials and truck drivers. It is a lot of coordination. Our day starts early and often ends late, depending on how the shipments are moving. We are not a massive corporation, just a dedicated group of people who know how the export-import business works on the ground level. We keep it simple and honest. If a shipment is stuck, we tell you. If it is moving, we tell you. That is just the way we operate here in India. No fancy promises, just the actual work of an agency. We just take it one container at a time.
