Our place is located at 1437 Nava Madhupura, which is right near the Delhi Darwaja area. If you know the old parts of the city, you know how crowded and lively it gets around here. We’ve been operating as a trading company from this spot for a long while. It’s an old building, but it fits everything we need. Dealing in trade means we’re always on the phone or checking stocks in the back. Madhupura is a hub for this kind of work, so we’re surrounded by other traders and wholesalers. It gets noisy with all the loading and unloading going on in the narrow lanes. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the daily buying and selling. We know our customers by name, and most of them have been coming to see us for years. We try to keep things honest and simple. No complicated systems, just pen and paper sometimes and a lot of hard work. Being near Delhi Darwaja means there's always something happening outside our door. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t really know what to do with ourselves if it was quiet. We just keep the trading going, day in and day out, right here in the heart of the market.
