You can find Sandips Careers Private Limited at 568 Laxmi Nagar. It’s in the Motera area, specifically the Naliya part of Sabarmati in Ahmedabad. Most people know Motera because of the big stadium, but we are tucked away in a more residential-feeling spot. The office is part of the building here. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to get our work done. We’ve been in Sabarmati for quite some time. The neighborhood is okay, though the roads can get a bit dusty sometimes. We focus on career-related tasks, mostly dealing with people who are looking for advice or help with their next steps. We have some old desks and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. When you walk in, you just talk to whoever is available. We like the local vibe of Laxmi Nagar. It feels like a real community. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to stay in our neighborhood and do our job. Every morning we open up, sweep the front, and get to work. We have an old calendar on the wall that we forget to turn sometimes. It’s just that kind of place where time flies by. It’s a simple routine and it works for us.
