Future Learning & Development Limited

Up here in Sabarmati, specifically in Varahi Society near D'Cabin, we spend our days at Future Learning & Development Limited. Ahmedabad is a busy place, and our corner of it is no different. We focus on recruitment and helping people learn new things for their jobs. The office is at number 19. It’s a standard setup. We have computers, some old desks, and plenty of notebooks scattered around. Recruitment takes up a lot of time because there are always people looking for work. We talk to a lot of folks every week. Some are nervous, some are ready to go. We try to keep it simple here. It’s not about being fancy or having the newest gadgets. We just want to help match people with the right roles. The traffic around Sabarmati can be a bit much in the mornings, so we usually get in early to beat the rush. Gujarat summers are hot, so the fans are always going. We’ve been in this society for a while now. Most people around D'Cabin know our building. It is a practical space for practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or reading through lists. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure the learning side of things stays on track. It's just us doing our thing in Ahmedabad, trying to help people get where they need to go in their careers without making a big fuss about it.
