Centre For Environment Planning Technology(Cept)

The Centre For Environment Planning Technology, or Cept as some people call it, is based at House No 63/4 in Sector-13 B of Gandhinagar. Being in a house rather than a commercial building gives the whole place a different feel. It is a bit more personal and less cold than a standard office. We have converted the different rooms into workspaces where we handle planning and environmental documents. It is usually pretty quiet around here, which helps when we need to concentrate on detailed maps or reports. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise ourselves. We have been in this part of Gujarat for a long time and the team knows the area well. There is no big reception desk or anything like that. If someone comes by, they usually just knock on the front door and one of us will let them in. We spend our days looking over technical data and trying to make sense of various planning projects. The house has its own little quirks, like a door that sticks in the monsoon and a small yard that we should probably take better care of. We do not have any grand statements to make. We just do the work that is assigned to us and try to be helpful when people ask questions about our projects.
