We've been working out of this office on the second floor of 4D Square for a while now. If you know the area in Sabarmati, we’re right near the D Mart and across from the IIT Engineering College. Most people just walk in after doing their shopping or coming from the college area nearby. It’s a bit of a busy spot on Visat Petrol Pump Road, but we like it here. We mainly deal with overseas paperwork and consulting for folks looking to move or study abroad. It’s a lot of forms and talking through different options, which can get pretty confusing for people doing it the first time. Our team is just a handful of people who know how the systems work. We don't have fancy decorations or anything, just desks and computers and a lot of files. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone comes in with a question about a visa or a school in another country, we just tell them what we know. There's no big secret to it, just keeping track of all the rules and changes that happen with travel and education stuff. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking emails for updates. It's regular work, but it feels good when someone actually gets their papers sorted out and can finally go where they need to go.
