We are over at Plot No- V81 in the Shyam Estate. It’s tucked behind Javeri Estate on the Kathwada-Singarva Road. Samptel Energy Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this corner of Kathwada for some time now. The estate is a busy place with lots of small companies like ours. Our space is mostly taken up by supplies and work areas. We don't have much of a lounge or a place for guests to wait, so usually, people just come right in. We deal with energy solutions, which means a lot of technical discussions and checking figures. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, but that’s just part of being here. We have a small group of people who have worked here since the start. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't put on any acts for visitors. What you see is exactly how we work every day. The focus is always on the current project. We stay until the work is finished, even if it means staying late. It’s a simple, hardworking life in the estate. We don't have fancy office chairs or high-end computers, just what we need to get through the orders. It’s a bit out of the way, but we like the quiet of being behind Javeri Estate.
