You can find us up on the third floor of Dhanlaxmi Chambers. We are right near the Police Commissioner Office in Shahibaug. It is a very busy area with a lot of government offices and people moving about all day long. Being on the third floor means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which is nice when you want to sit down and eat. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The elevator can be a bit slow during the lunch rush because so many people are coming up to our floor or the others in the building. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We mostly focus on making meals that people in the neighborhood like. The kitchen is always busy from morning until we close up at night. We get a lot of regulars from the nearby offices who come in every day for their break. It’s a simple setup with tables and chairs, nothing too fancy. We just focus on the cooking and making sure everyone gets their food on time. Shahibaug is a crowded part of Ahmedabad, so finding us can be tricky if you aren't looking for the Dhanlaxmi building, but once you find it, it's pretty straightforward. We are just a local team doing our thing day in and day out. There is always a lot of washing up to do and more prep for the next day's service.
