We’ve got our office on the first floor of Shajanand Complex in Isanpur. It’s shop number 9. Being in a complex means there’s always people coming and going. It’s a lively place, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shop owners around us. The space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the equipment we need to keep track of. It’s a straightforward walk up the stairs to get to us. We don’t have any fancy displays or lounge areas. It’s just a place where we come to work and talk to our customers. Isanpur is a busy part of town, and we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street, but that’s expected. We mostly deal with phone calls and people stopping by for a chat about their needs. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell it like it is. The office is a bit cluttered with files, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business run by local people. We show up, do the work, and go home. There’s no big corporate strategy here. We just try to stay busy and keep the lights on. It’s a simple life in a busy complex, and it works for us.
