Romest Machinery

Romest Machinery is tucked away at number 32 in Siddhpura Estate. If you know the area, you know we’re right near the Hanuman Temple. You can actually hear the bells from the temple sometimes during the day, which is a nice break from the sound of metal hitting metal. The estate itself is one of those places where everyone knows each other’s business. We have a small workshop area where we keep the machines and the spare parts. It’s a bit dusty, and there is always that smell of machine oil in the air that never really goes away, no matter how much we clean. We do a lot of heavy lifting here, literally. Most of the guys have grease on their hands by ten in the morning. We don’t have a big corporate sign, just the name on the door and the address. The office part is just a couple of desks pushed together in the corner where we handle the billing and the phone calls. Sometimes the temple crowds make it hard to park, but we manage. We’ve got a routine down where we check the inventory, work on the orders, and maybe have a little chat with the neighbors during the lunch break. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We just focus on getting the machinery pieces ready for whoever needs them, day in and day out.
