Roman Tarmat Ltd Ahemadabad

Out here in Kerali, near Jetpur, things move a bit differently than in the big cities. We’re part of Roman Tarmat Ltd and this is where we handle our local business. It’s a lot of dust and hard work most days. We don't have a fancy office building. It’s more of a practical site where things actually happen. The people here are local, mostly from around the taluka. We know the roads and the weather can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the heat. We don’t spend our time writing long reports or having long-winded meetings. We just see what needs to be done and we go out and do it. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we don't need much explaining. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of something. We don't have a receptionist to greet you. You just find someone and ask. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but that’s the nature of the work we do. We like the honesty of it. There’s no pretending here. We just work until the sun goes down and then head home to our families. It’s a quiet life in Kerali, but it’s busy enough for us. We deal with the equipment and the local logistics day in and day out. That is just how life is for us here at this site. We keep it simple and focus on the daily tasks.
