Leo Road Equipments Pvt. Ltd. takes up a bit more space than some others, sitting on Plot No. 5105, 5106, and 5107 in Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. Having three plots means we have more room for the big road machines we deal with. Even with all that space, it still feels crowded sometimes when we have a lot of equipment in for repairs or waiting to be moved. The yard is usually full of heavy metal frames and big wheels. It’s a lot of outdoor work, which means we are at the mercy of the weather. When it’s hot, it’s really hot, and when it rains, the ground gets muddy. But that doesn't stop us from getting things sorted. We have a crew that knows how to handle these big machines. They aren't easy to move or fix, but we have the tools we need at our Vatva location. We don't really do much in the way of fancy offices. Most of the space is for the equipment. We spend our time checking bolts, fixing hydraulics, and making sure everything is heavy-duty. It’s a lot of physical labor and we all have the callouses to prove it. We’ve been at these plots for a while and the locals know us by the yellow machines usually parked outside. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, without any big fuss or complicated plans.
