Rj Eventz Studio

Rj Eventz Studio is based out of B 101 Dharti Flat in Ranip, Ahmedabad. Our place is right across from Panchawati Bunglows and pretty close to Anand Party Plot. Being in Ranip makes it easy for us to get around this part of the city. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet people. Most days it’s just us sitting around a desk trying to coordinate things for the next big day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on schedules. Since the Anand Party Plot is nearby, we are often walking over there to check out the space or talk to the staff. It gets pretty loud and busy during the wedding season, so sometimes we are working late into the night. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us who know how to handle local events. We handle all the small details that people usually forget about. Parking near the flat can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage. We’ve lived and worked in this area of Ahmedabad for a while now, so we know the local roads and where to get things. People usually find us through word of mouth because we’ve been at this address for some time. We don’t do much advertising. We just focus on the work right in front of us and try to stay organized.
