You can find Richa Machine Tools at 114 Shankar Estate. We are right near the Rewabhai Estate, close to the CTM Cross Road. CTM is always crowded. There are people everywhere and bikes zooming around the junction. Our spot in the estate is a bit tucked away, which is nice because it’s slightly quieter than the main road. We deal with machine tools. It’s heavy stuff, so we spend a lot of time moving crates. The shop is full of metal parts and the smell of grease. It’s been our home for a while. We know most of the guys in the other units around here. We share a tea guy who comes around twice a day. The space isn't huge, so we have to stack things pretty high to make it all fit. It gets a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. We don't use a lot of fancy computers for the inventory; it's mostly notebooks and memory. The light in the back of the shop isn't great, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on decorations or nice furniture. We’d rather have tools that work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in the middle of sorting through a bin of bolts or checking a lathe. It’s just how we spend our days. It’s not glamourous, but it’s what we do for a living.
