Our main office is on the second floor of Unique House. We are right across from the Union Bank of India here in Ahmedabad. Even though our name is Renest Calangute Resort Goa LLP, this is where we do all the administrative and management work. It is a bit funny being in Gujarat while managing things related to Goa, but that is how we have set it up. The office is usually humming with activity. We have people dealing with bookings, maintenance schedules, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that goes into running a resort. We do not have a fancy corporate structure. We are just a group of people who know the hospitality business inside out. The building is not new, but it is a solid place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and online. We are not big on marketing talk or polished slogans. We just try to handle the daily tasks as they come. Sometimes it is busy, sometimes it is quiet, but there is always something to do. Being near the bank is handy for errands. 380009 is our local area. We have been at this for a while and do not plan on changing our style. It is a practical approach to a busy industry. Just honest work from a local team. We keep our heads down and make sure the paperwork is always in order.
