Ravechi Medical & Provison Stores

Ravechi Medical & Provison Stores is a bit of a local landmark in Namenagar because we are right near the IOC Petrol Pump in Memnagar. It’s a handy spot for people. They pull in to get their fuel and then realize they need some milk or their blood pressure tablets, so they walk over to us. We carry a mix of things—medicines on one side and grocery items on the other. It makes the shop look a bit cluttered, but people seem to find what they are looking for. The smell of petrol from the station next door is something you just stop noticing after a week of working here. Memnagar is a good area, and we have a lot of regular families who come to us for their weekly supplies. I spend a lot of time restocking the soap and the lentils while also checking prescriptions. It’s a two-person job most days, and we stay on our feet from morning until night. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, and we have to go out and ask them to move, which is just part of the daily fun. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing we are here. The floor is a bit worn from all the shoes walking across it, but it shows how many people we've helped. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood, and we like being right in the thick of things. We just keep the door open for everyone.
