It’s a typical industrial shed setup, which is perfect for the kind of technical work we do with medical systems. There’s enough room for all our tools and the equipment we need to service. The Ctm area is pretty industrial and can be a bit chaotic with all the traffic coming off the highway, but once you get inside the estate, it’s a bit more manageable. We spend most of our time tinkering with electronics or testing out medical devices to make sure they are working right. It’s quiet work for the most part, though the sound of the road is always there in the background. We don't have any big signs or flashy displays. Most people who come here are looking for specific technical help. We just wear our regular clothes and get our hands dirty when needed. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We handle the service calls as they come in and try to stay on top of the repairs. The estate has a few other workshops nearby, so there is always someone around to talk to during lunch.
