Sekhani overseas

We are located at 63/2 in the New Cloth Market, which is just outside the Raipur Gate area. It’s a busy spot, especially when the trucks are coming in with new loads of fabric. Sekhani overseas isn’t a huge operation, just a few of us working in a small space surrounded by stacks of cloth. The market can be very loud with all the shouting and the noise from the street. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. My father started things here, and now we just keep it going. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking lists and making sure the overseas shipments are ready to go. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the textiles around, but that’s just how it is in a cloth market. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of old ceiling fans that clatter a bit. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. There is a small food stall nearby where we get our lunch most days. It’s not the most modern place, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need to do. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping track of the inventory. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of things. We usually finish up and head home by seven in the evening.
