Shop No- 1 in Shakuntal Tenament. We are right in Isanpur. Across from the Kharawala Compound and near Radha Complex. It’s a busy little corner. We deal with phones and all the little things that go with them. It started out as a tiny stall and grew into this shop. There are always people coming in for recharges or asking why their phone isn’t working. We listen to their problems and try to fix what we can. Sometimes it's just a settings thing. Other times it's more broken. We have a lot of cables and cases hanging on the walls. It’s a bit cramped when three or four people are inside. My brother and I take turns behind the counter. We know the neighbors well. Everyone stops by to say hello even if they don't need anything. We don't have a big corporate sign. Just the name over the door. The fan makes a clicking sound but it keeps us cool. Isanpur has changed a lot since we were kids. More traffic now. But the shop stays the same. We just keep serving the people who live nearby. It’s not a fancy life, but we like being our own bosses. When the monsoon comes, we have to put a plastic sheet over the front so the stock doesn't get damp. It's just how we run things. We don't offer any miracles, just simple help with gadgets that people rely on these days to stay connected.
