We’re over in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Satellite area at Aryaman Aawas. Our office is A 404, right across from the Sai Mandir in Ramdevnagar. You can usually hear the temple bells from our desks, which is actually quite nice during a long day. Radiant Media Converzan Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves. We deal with media and digital stuff, mostly helping people convert or manage their content. It’s a lot of technical work that requires patience. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees; we're just a small team working out of this apartment-style office. Ahmedabad is a hot city, so we’re very grateful for the air conditioning during the summer months. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Gujarat, we just want to do our work well and keep our clients happy. Sometimes we get stuck on a tricky project and stay late, but mostly we try to keep a normal schedule. The area around Ramdevnagar is always full of life, which we enjoy. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, open the laptops, and get through the tasks for the day. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people we help. We just like keeping things straightforward and getting the job done.
