Radhe Metal & Alloys

We are over at Plot No. 135/10 on Uttam Dairy Road in Rakhial. If you are standing opposite Kamal Estate, you’ll see our gate. This part of Ahmedabad is full of small industries and workshops, so it’s a lot of noise and activity. At Radhe Metal & Alloys, we deal with different kinds of metal pieces and alloy products. The yard is usually full of crates and bins. It gets quite hot in the afternoons here, especially with all the metal around reflecting the sun. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, we are just out in the workspace or in the small cabin checking the orders. The trucks come in from the dairy road and we have to be quick with the unloading so they don't block the way. It’s a very practical environment. We have some heavy machinery for moving the bigger alloy blocks around, and that takes up most of the space. My clothes usually have a bit of dust on them by lunchtime. We know the other business owners on this road quite well, and we often share a cup of tea in the evenings when things quiet down. It’s just a regular industrial unit. We focus on the work at hand and making sure the counts are right before anything leaves the plot. It is simple, honest work that keeps us moving every day. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
