Shah Alloys

You can find Shah Alloys over at C/20 in the Bagawatnagar Society. We are situated right opposite Gulab Tower, which most people in Ahmedabad know well. It is near the Sola Taltaj Cross Road, so it is fairly easy to get to, even when the traffic is a bit heavy. We have been in this spot for some time now. It is a residential society, but we run our alloy business from here. It’s a bit of a mix of home and work, which we actually quite like. We don’t have any slick brochures or a dedicated sales team. It’s just a couple of us handling the orders and the logistics. We deal with alloys every day of the week. It’s heavy work sometimes, but mostly it involves a lot of coordination. We have our regulars who call us up when they need something. We don’t really need a big sign out front because everyone in the area knows the society. We spend our days at the desk, making sure the numbers add up and the shipments are going out on time. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the afternoon, so we just take a short break and sit outside for a bit. It is a very normal, local way to run things. We aren’t trying to change the whole world, just trying to provide what people need in the metal industry. Gulab Tower is the best landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We are just a small part of this busy city.
