Premier Tooling Systems

We operate out of unit Sp-94-A in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. If you know this part of town, you know it is mostly just long rows of sheds and busy workshops. It is a loud place with the constant sound of machinery and metal, and we are right in the middle of all that noise. At Premier Tooling Systems, we do not have any polished floors or a lobby with air conditioning. It is a working shop, plain and simple. We have our workbenches and our equipment, and that is really about it. Most of the guys here have been working in this estate for many years, so we know the other shop owners pretty well. You can usually hear the sounds of work from several doors down the street. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the roof. We just open the big front doors and hope for a little bit of a breeze. There is always someone coming or going with a delivery or picking up an order in a small truck. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not used to the street numbers and turns. We spend the whole day focused on the tasks at hand and making sure the parts are right. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that.
