Winner Chemical Industries is over at Plot No. C1B-4506, Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. If you’ve ever been to this part of Vatva, you know it’s a busy spot. There are trucks everywhere and a lot of movement. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years. It’s an honest place to work. We deal with chemicals, which means we have to be careful and keep things organized. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we’re more like a small group of friends than just coworkers. We don't have any big corporate meetings or fancy reports. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and the workshop feels like an oven, but we just keep the water bottles full and keep going. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. If someone needs something, they know where to find us. The office is just a small corner with a couple of chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't need much more than that. We just focus on the batches and the shipping. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble.
