Vadilal Chemicals Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 2504, Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. Vatva is a massive area, and Phase-4 is one of the sections where things are always happening. Our plot is right in the thick of it. We have a fair amount of space for our equipment and the storage of raw materials. The mornings are usually the busiest time when we’re trying to coordinate the arrivals and departures at the loading dock. It’s a lot of shouting to be heard over the noise of the neighboring units and the heavy traffic on the road. We’ve got a solid group of workers who have been here for years. They know the machines better than anyone. We don't bother with corporate jargon or mission statements. Our goal is just to finish the day's work and keep the facility running smoothly. There’s always a leak to fix or a belt to change, so the maintenance never really ends. The office is just a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of old files. We prefer to be out on the floor where the real action is. It’s a gritty, practical place to work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, but we just wipe it off and keep going. We are just one of many businesses in Vatva trying to do a good job day after day.
