Shagoon Chemicals

You can find Shagoon Chemicals over at Plot No. 605/B in Phase-4 of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a busy part of town, and the traffic getting into the estate can be a real headache in the mornings. We’ve been set up here for a while, and the place has a bit of character. There’s usually a stack of pallets near the entrance and the sound of a forklift moving around. We deal with various chemical blends and it's a lot of manual work, lifting and pouring. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass office. Our office is just a small room with a fan that clicks and a few chairs for visitors. We drink a lot of tea to stay going throughout the day, especially during the summer months when it gets really stifling inside the unit. Most of the staff have been here since we opened. We know each other’s families and we look out for one another. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. If a batch isn't quite right, we fix it. That's the way we were taught to do business. It’s a simple life, focused on the chemistry and the daily tasks. We don't need much more than that to keep us satisfied.
