Our spot is over at Plot No. A-1/27 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a fairly typical setup for this area. We’ve got the main work area and a small office off to the side where we handle the paperwork. The work we do involves a lot of mixing and processing chemicals. It’s a hands-on job. You won’t find anyone here wearing a suit and tie unless there’s a very special reason. Most of the time, we’re in our overalls, keeping an eye on the tanks. The machines can be a bit loud, so you have to raise your voice to be heard sometimes. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls show a bit of that history. We don’t mind it much. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. The neighbors are all in the same boat, just trying to get their orders out. We have tea delivered a couple of times a day, which is something everyone looks forward to. It’s a simple rhythm. We get the materials in, we process them, and we ship them out. There are always challenges, like a pump acting up or a delay in a delivery, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just daily work in a busy industrial park. We just focus on the chemical batches and keeping the floor organized enough to move around safely.
