Kewin Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is located right next door to our neighbors at Plot No. C1B/214 in GIDC, Vatva. This part of Phase-2 is always packed with activity and noise. We have been here for quite some time now, handling various chemical products for the industry. The building is a solid, functional space designed for heavy work. We have large drums stacked up in the yard and pipes running along the ceilings inside. It is a bit of a maze if you are not used to walking through it. The staff here are not corporate types; they are people who know how to handle raw materials and run the reactors properly. We do not have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms for the staff. Most of us just grab a quick bite when we can find a spare moment. The noise from the surrounding factories is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend our days checking temperatures, monitoring chemical reactions, and making sure the final product is ready for transport. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pump leaking or a shipment being delayed, and we just deal with it as it comes. It is a very practical way of living. We are not interested in being the most famous name in the industry, just a reliable one for the people who buy from us. Vatva is a tough place to work, but it is home.
