This is our other location at Plot No. 461 and 462 in Phase-2, GIDC, Vatva. Having the extra space across these two plots helps us manage the workflow better than just being in one small shed. It’s still very much a foundry and engineering setup, so expect plenty of iron and heavy equipment sitting around. At Fitcast Founders And Engineers Pvt. Ltd., we don't spend money on fancy signs or manicured lawns. The yard is usually full of raw materials or finished pieces waiting to be moved out. It gets pretty loud when the grinding starts, and the air always has that metallic smell to it. The crew here is a mix of young guys learning the trade and older workers who have been doing this since before the roads were paved properly in this part of Vatva. We have a small office tucked in the corner, mostly for keeping the paperwork in order so things don’t get lost. Most of the day is spent out on the floor, making sure the molds are set and the metal is flowing where it should. It’s a lot of manual labor and staying on your feet. We don’t try to make it sound like something it’s not. It’s a place of work, plain and simple, and we just try to get through the orders as they come in. There is always a lot to do before the gates close for the night.
