Shree Shakti Chemicals

Out in Phase-1 of GIDC, Vatva, you can find Shree Shakti Chemicals at Plot No. C-1B - 90/15. This part of Vatva is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with various chemicals every day. It’s a lot of checking drums and making sure everything is stored where it should be. We wear our boots and gear all day, which gets pretty hot, but safety is just part of the routine. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and a few safety posters. The office is small and usually has a stack of delivery notes waiting to be signed. We’ve been operating out of C-1B - 90/15 for quite some time now. My uncle started this place, and I took over later on. It’s a family-run feel even if we have some outside help. We don't do much social media or stuff like that. We just talk to our customers over the phone or when they drop by the plot. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and ensuring the mixes are right. Some days the smell of the chemicals is stronger than others, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on getting the orders out to the trucks on time. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with how things are going. It’s a lot of long hours, but we prefer it that way compared to sitting in a quiet office all day.
